摘 要:用开发出的新型电极双极板设计制备了无隔膜静态锌溴电池堆并评估其在锌溴电池中的应用。它由三部分组成:表面制备有碳化钛的钛板(双极板),导电粘合层和石墨毡(电极)。双极板与电极通过导电粘合层热粘合在一起连接到组件。通过体积电阻率等电池堆各项性能的评价,证明了这种新型电极双极板在无隔膜静态锌溴电池中的适用性,通过电池测试系统对电堆进行充放电测试,其库仑效率可达83%且循环性能良好,进一步证明了该组件在锌溴电池中的应用前景。A static zinc-bromide battery without separator has been designed by using novel electrode-bipolar plate and evaluated for application in the zinc-bromide battery.It consists of three parts:titanium plate(bipolar plate)with titanium carbide,conductive adhesive layer and graphite felt(electrode).The bipolar plate and the electrode are thermally bonded together to the assembly through a conductive adhesive layer.The applicability of this new type of electrode-bipolar plate in non-separator static zinc-bromide batteries was proved by evaluating the performance of bulk resistivity and others in batteries.Charging and discharging tests of the stack by battery testing system show that the coulomb efficiency of the stack can reach 83%and the cycle performance is good,which further proves the application prospects of the module in zinc-bromide batteries.
