摘　　要：针对某局同期线损异常率完成值远高于5%考核指标,为了降低异常率,采用逐步完善网架、加强客户档案管理、加强计量运维管理、制定“反窃电行动”专项方案等措施,制定专项整治工作总体方案。改造结果表明,该局同期线损异常率大幅下降,其中同期分线线损异常率为5.41%(同比下降13.15%),同期分台区线损异常率为4.01%(同比下降19.44%)。The completion value of line loss abnormal rate in the same period of the bureau is far higher than the assessment index of 5%.In order to reduce the abnormal rate,measures such as gradually improving the network structure,strengthening the management of customer files,strengthening the management of measurement,operation and maintenance,and formulating the"anti electricity theft action"special plan were adopted.The transformation results showed that the bureau′s line loss anomaly rate dropped significantly during the same period,of which the line break anomaly rate during the same period was 5.41%(down 13.15%year-on-year),and the line break anomaly rate during the same period was 4.01%(down 19.44%year-on-year)
