摘 要:对目前常用的电弧模型(包括理想开关模型、定值电阻模型、时变电阻模型、黑盒模型及火花电阻模型)进行了总结,阐述了各模型原理及数学模型,同时分析了各模型的优缺点。基于IEC典型隔离开关操作回路,对上述电弧模型进行了ATP-EMTP仿真分析,得出不同电弧模型对负载侧电压峰值、电流峰值、VFTO陡度及VFTO持续时长的影响规律。计算结果表明,若仅考虑VFTO峰值与陡度,则指数模型能以简单的模型计算出较为一致的结果;若考虑电弧多次重击穿,则分段电弧模型更符合电弧的发展机理。In this paper,commonly used arc models including ideal-switch model,constant-resistance model,time-varying resistance model,black box model and spark resistance model are summarized.The principles and mathematical models of each model are expounded,and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.Base on the IEC typical isolation switch operating circuit,ATP-EMTP simulation analysis is performed on the above arc models.The effects of different arc models on the load-side voltage peak,current peak,VFTO gradient and duration are obtained.The calculation results show that if only the VFTO peak and gradient are considered,the exponential model can be a simple model to obtain more consistent results;if the multi-arc restriking is taken into consideration,the subsection arc model is more in line with the mechanism of arc development.
