摘  要:针对工程现场作业中存在人身安全高风险的区域,研发了一种基于光电探测的区域防护装置。该装置通过激光限位原理,实现了对人员意外闯入防护区域事件的及时探查,并通过声光报警装置实现告警。使用时可由2个以上的该装置组合形成警戒线或警戒区域;在结构设计方面,着重考虑了便携性和安装结构的适应性。经测试,由2个该装置组合构建的防护警戒线最长可达34 m,在多个装置配合使用下该范围可继续延长。Aiming at areas where there is a high risk of personal safety in the field operations of the project,an area protection device based on photoelectric detection has been developed.The timely detection of the accidental intrusion of personnel into the protective area was realized by the principle of laser limit,and the alarm through the sound and light alarm device was realized.When in use,more than two of the devices could be combined to form a warning line or a warning area.In terms of structural design,emphasis was placed on portability and adaptability of the mounting structure.After testing,the protection warning line constructed by the combination of the two devices could reach a maximum length of 34m,and the range could continue to be extended when multiple devices were used together.
