摘  要:中、高压开关柜是海上油气田电力输送的关键设备,在传统移开式中、高压开关设备中,真空断路器的动触头大都采用梅花触头,梅花触头的优点是对公差要求较低、自调整能力较好,但由于其外型较大、形状不规则,大电流导通时易造成触头四周电场不均匀。为此新开发出一款用于12 kV手车式真空断路器的新型动静触头,利用有限元仿真软件对该触头进行电场数值分析和仿真,结果表明触头电场分布均匀,动静触头结合端面处空气间隙最大电场强度满足设计要求,对比梅花触头改善明显。Medium and high voltage switchgears are the key equipment for power transmission in offshore oil and gas fields.In traditional removable medium and high voltage switchgears,most vacuum circuit breakers use plum blossom contacts.The advantages of plum blossom contacts are low requirements of tolerance and good self-adjusting ability.However,as its large shape and irregular shape,it is easy to cause uneven electric field around the contact when a large current is turned on.Recently,a novel contacts for 12 kV hand-cart vacuum circuit breakers was developed.The finite element simulation software was used to analysis and simulate the electric field numerical.The contracts electric field was evenly distributed and the maximum electric field strength of the air gap at the end face of the moving and static contacts met the design requirements.Compared to the plum contact,the improvement was obvious.
