摘  要:目前市场上脱离器的检验标准不能全面反映脱离器的动作性能和耐受性能,有必要对脱离器的检验和功能进行创新与改进。通过分析脱离器的基本工作原理,结合市场产品运行数据进行分析,整理出一套适合市场避雷器检验的标准体系,并提出一种新型高强度瓷外壳脱离器和避雷器支架,在保持低成本的条件下大幅提升脱离器的性能。At present,the inspection standard of disconnectors in the market cannot fully reflect the action performance and withstand performance of disconnectors,so it is necessary to innovate and improve the inspection and function of disconnectors.The basic working principle of the disconnector was analyzed.Combined with the analysis of the operation data of the market products,a standard system suitable for the inspection of the arrester in the market was created.The reliability of the product was improved through the detection of the product tolerance characteristics and fault characteristics.A novel type of high-strength porcelain shell detacher and arrester bracket was proposed to greatly improve the performance of the detacher while maintaining low cost.
