摘 要:将端氨基超支化聚酰胺(HBPN)作为高吸收铬鞣助剂应用于铬鞣工序中,考察其用量对铬的吸收率、蓝湿革的收缩温度(Ts)、变性温度(Td)和热降解活化能(E)的影响。结果表明,当HBPN的用量为酸皮重的1%时,铬的吸收率可达83.5%,比空白组提高了31.7%。蓝湿革的Ts从97.4℃提高到105.9℃,Td从112.47℃提高到116.63℃,变性焓从129.2 J/g提高到222.7 J/g。基于Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法和Kissinger法的分析结果,蓝湿革的E值分别为169.524~196.668 k J/mol和153.314 k J/mol,高于空白组的147.244 k J/mol。上述研究结果证实,在铬鞣工序中使用HBPN,可以提高铬的吸收率和蓝湿革的湿热稳定性。HBPN是一种具有较高应用潜力的高吸收铬鞣助剂。As a new high-exhaustion chrome tanning auxiliary, the amino-terminated hyper-branched polyamide(HBPN) was used in the chrome tanning process of pickled pig hide, and its effect was investigated on the chrome absorptivity, shrinkage temperature(Ts), denaturation temperature(Td) and thermal degradation active energy(E) of the resulting wet blue, in which the traditional chrome tanning was used as the blank control. Results showed that the addition of 1% HBPN(based on the weight of pickled pig hide) could significantly increase chrome absorptivity to 83.58%, which is 31.7% higher than that of the blank control. At the same time, the Ts, Td and denaturation enthalpy of the obtained wet blue were improved from 97.4 ℃ to 105.9 ℃, 112.47 ℃ to 116.63 ℃ and 129.2 J/g to 222.7 J/g,respectively. The calculatedE values were 169.524-196.668 kJ/mol by Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method and 153.314 kJ/mol by Kissinger method, respectively, which are higher than 147.244 kJ/mol for the blankcontrol. These results confirm that the use of HBPN in chrome tanning processcan improve thechrome absorptivity and the hydrothermal stability of wet blue, indicating its great application potential as a high-exhaustion chrome tanning auxiliary.
