养心氏片对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛患者血液流变学、细胞炎性因子和血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究与分析养心氏片对气虚血瘀型冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛患者的影响。方法:选取气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者90例,随机分为对照组、观察组,每组各45例。两组患者均给予常规治疗方案,观察组在此基础上加用养心氏片治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后血液流变学、血脂及炎症因子情况。结果:经过治疗后,观察组全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白含量、总胆固醇(Total Cholesterol,TC),甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,LDL-C),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,HDL-C),白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-1,IL-6,IL-10,肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF-α)均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养心氏片联合西药治疗可有效缓解冠心病患者心绞痛发作,改善心绞痛症状及血液流变学情况,同时还有较优的降脂及抗炎作用,临床效果显著。Objective:To analyze efficacy of the Yangxinshi tablets(养心氏片)on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:90 patients were divided into two groups,45 patients in each.Both groups were given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with the Yangxinshi tablets more.Results:After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrin content,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,IL-1,IL-6,IL-10,and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Yangxinshi tablets on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease shows good effects,can improve angina pectoris and hemorheology,lower blood lipids and anti-inflammatory.
