石膏倒膜治疗亚急性、慢性湿疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察石膏倒膜治疗亚急性、慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将40例亚急性、慢性湿疹患者左右自身对照。治疗侧采用石膏倒膜配合外用青鹏软膏治疗;对照侧单纯外用青鹏软膏治疗。疗程2周。观察亚急性、慢性湿疹患者炎性因子水平、皮损表现及瘙痒症状等指标。结果:治疗2周后,患者炎症因子水平明显下降,且治疗侧疗效优于对照侧(P<0.05)。结论:石膏倒膜联合外用青鹏软膏治疗亚急性、慢性湿疹的临床疗效优于单纯外用青鹏软膏治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of gypsum inverted membrane on subacute and chronic eczema.Method:40 cases of subacute and chronic eczema patients took self contrast with their left and right rashes.The inflammatory factors,skin lesions and pruritus were observed.Results:After 2 weeks,the level of inflammatory factors decreased significantly,and efficiency of the treatment side was better than that in the control side(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Gypsum inverted membrane on plus the Qingpeng ointment(青鹏软膏)achieve better efficacy on subacute and chronic eczema than the Qingpeng ointment only.
