摘  要:目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)冬病夏治中运用中医护理技术的价值。方法:选择我院2016、2017、2018年每7月三伏天期间收治的慢阻肺患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,对照组用常规护理,观察组则加用冬病夏治的中医护理技术处理。评价两组干预前后症状积分与肺功能指标,并比较。结果:干预前,呼吸困难、痰性状、痰量、咳痰难易程度等症状积分,以及氧分压、二氧化碳分压、第1 s最大呼吸量占预计值百分比等肺功能指标上组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组前述症状积分更低(P<0.05),肺功能指标上氧分压、第1 s最大呼吸量占预计值百分比更高(P<0.05),二氧化碳分压更低(P<0.05)。结论:慢阻肺冬病夏治中运用中医护理技术处理,不仅可以更好地改善症状,而且可以更好地改善肺功能,值得应用。Objective:To explore the value of the TCM nursing for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital during the Sanfu days(三伏天)of July,2016,July,2017 and July,2018 were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given the TCM nursing of winter disease cured in summer.The symptom scores and lung function indexes before and after intervention were evaluated and compared.Results:Before intervention,There was no significant difference in the scores of symptoms such as dyspnea,sputum traits,sputum volume,difficulty in coughing and oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxide partial pressure,percentage of maximum spirometry of two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,symptom scores were lower in the observation group(P﹤0.05),and the partial pressure of oxygen in the lung function index and the maximum respiratory rate in the first sin accounted were higher(P﹤0.05),and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The TCM nursing of winter disease cured in summer for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve symptoms and lung function,and is worthy of application.
