摘  要:梳理当前城市地下综合管廊建设政策导向,初步总结出管廊工程施工过程中的若干难点。简要概述BIM技术引入至管廊建设的基本过程,进一步阐述BIM技术在现阶段管廊工程施工优化过程中的应用现状,最后针对施工难点给出基于BIM技术的管廊工程施工优化应对策略,即施工资料三维可视化交底、施工进度精细管控、大型管道入廊施工模拟及工序研发、廊内管线碰撞快速识别与消除。This paper summarizes the current policy guidance of the construction of urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor.and some difficulties in the construction process of pipeline corridor.This paper briefly summarizes the basic process of the introduction of BIM technology into the construction of pipe corridor,further expounds the application status of BIM technology in the optimization process of pipe corridor construction at the present stage.Finally,according to the construction difficulties,the optimal construction strategy of pipe corridor based on BIM technology is proposed,which includes 3D visualization of construction data,detailed control of construction schedule,simulation and process research and development of large pipeline entering the corridor,and quick identification and elimination of pipeline collision in the corridor.
