摘 要:发动机罩是乘用车最重要的覆盖件之一。在日常使用过程中,过大的释放高度会导致发动机罩钣金与周边零部件出现干涉和磕碰,造成零部件的永久变形和外观质量损伤,增加索赔风险。所以在发动机罩的结构设计过程中,需要合理定义其与周边零部件的间隙,优化其结构刚度和强度。因此,在设计过程中有必要进行充分而准确的仿真分析,保证过关性能的达成,同时避免开发后期问题的产生。文章详细介绍了发动机罩过关性能的试验测量、仿真和模型验证,并且对标测量过程中,高速摄像技术的应用,大大提高了其测量精确性。Engine hood is one of the important closures of passenger car.In daily use,excessive release height will cause interference and collision between the hood sheet metal and the surrounding components,resulting in permanent deformation of the components and damage to the appearance quality,increasing the risk of claims.In the detailed structure design of the engine hood,it is necessary to define a suitable clearance with surrounding components,and optimize the stiffness and strength of the structure.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out sufficient and accurate simulation analysis in the design process to ensure the over-close performance and avoid problems in the later stage of development.This paper introduces in detail the test measurement,simulation and model validation of engine hood’s over-close performance.The application of high-speed camera technology in the process of benchmarking measurement greatly improves its measurement accuracy.
