摘 要:本文首先针对目前预应力混凝土箱梁孔道灌浆质量检测技术的现状进行了简述,然后总结对比了各种无损检测方法的优缺点,最后依托于某匝道道桥专项检测项目,选择了适合该项目的检测方法,即冲击回波等效波速法,对此工程项目中箱梁的孔道灌浆质量进行了无损检测。此外,笔者使用微破损的方法对检测结果做了对比性验证,最终两者结果一致,说明该法能够准确评估预应力混凝土箱梁灌浆质量状况,而且精确度很高。此结论能够为同类项目的灌浆质量检测提供借鉴,具有较高的实用价值。In this paper,first of all,the prestressed concrete beam hole way grout detection technology is summarized and compared,and then rely on a bridge in Jilin Province special detection and carrying capacity inspection project,selected a suitable detection method for the project,that is,impact echo equivalent wave velocity method.Taking full advantage of this method only requires a single test surface,and the obvious advantages of the reflective signal are used to detect the drilling of the project hole channel.It shows that this method can accurately evaluate the quality of pre-stressed concrete box girder grout,and can provide reference for the quality testing of grout in similar projects,and has high practical value.
