捏脊配合中药治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童捏脊配合中药治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染(Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection,RRTI)疗效观察。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年6月来我院治疗的反复呼吸道感染患者,年龄2~5岁,纳入标准选取110例,随机分成中药组、西药组,两组均为55例,西药组只作常规预防,中药组在常规预防的基础上加用口服中药,配合捏脊治疗,疗程为3个月,治疗结束后对所有患者进行6个月随访,分析比较两组患儿的治疗效果、再次感染病程、复发次数及血清免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin,Ig)A、IgG、IgM变化情况。结果:中药组较西药组治疗有效率高、再次感染的病程缩短、复发次数减少、血清IgA、IgG、IgM值较前升高(P<0.05)。结论:儿童捏脊配合口服中药治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染有明显的疗效,而且可以提高患者的免疫力。Objective:To investigate the effect of chiropractic plus TCM on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI).Methods:110 patients with recurrent respiratory infections who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018,aged 2 to 5 years,were selected and randomly divided into the TCM group and western medicine group.Both groups were 55 cases.The group was only used for routine prevention.TCM group was treated with oral TCM medicine and chiropractic treatment plus routine prevention for 3 months.After the treatment,all patients were followed up for 6 months.Results:Compared with the western medicine group,the TCM group showed higher efficiency,shorter duration of reinfection,fewer relapses,and higher serum IgA,IgG,and IgM values than before(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chiropractic with TCM medicine has obvious curative effect on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,and it can improve immunity.
