中医护理在原发性肺癌患者中的应用价值和对生活质量的改善评价

摘　　要：目的:分析评价中医护理在原发性肺癌患者中的应用价值和对生活质量的影响。方法:选定2018年1月-2019年1月本院收治的原发性肺癌患者78例,对患者随机编号,利用抽签法分组,对照组39例,予常规护理干预,试验组39例,予中医护理干预,比较护理满意度和生活质量情况。结果:试验组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;两组护理干预前生理状态、心理情况、情感功能、社会功能和生活质量评分组间比较差异较小,护理干预后均较护理前评分升高,P<0.05,组间比较试验组较对照组高,P<0.05;两组护理前症状积分比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,护理后两组均降低,组间比较试验组更低,P<0.05;两组护理前红细胞和血红蛋白组间比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组均较治疗前降低,P<0.05,组间比较试验组更低,P<0.05;两组癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋白19片段21-1(CYFRA21-1)护理前差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,护理后两组均较护理前降低,P<0.05,组间比较试验组更低,P<0.05。结论:在原发性肺癌患者护理中,中医护理干预可改善生活质量,提高其满意度,值得借鉴。Objective:To analyze and evaluate the application efficacy of TCM nursing on primary lung cancer and quality of life.Methods:78 patients were randomly numbered and divided two groups by lottery.The control group(39 cases)was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group(39 cases)was given TCM nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction and quality of life in two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.The physiological state,psychological status,emotional function,social function and quality of life score after the nursing intervention were higher than before nursing,P<0.05,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group,P<0.05.The symptom scores after nursing in groups were lower,and that in the experimental group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.The red blood cell,hemoglobin,CEA and CYFRA21-1 after nursing in the experimental group were lower,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients,and it is worth learning.
