沙利度胺联合清胰化积方治疗胰腺癌临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察沙利度胺联合清胰化积方治疗胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法:收集2017年1-12月间使用沙利度胺及清胰化积方治疗的111例胰腺癌患者的临床资料,对患者治疗后的疼痛缓解率进行统计,以症状积分对患者临床症状进行评价,并采用改良型史匹革睡眠量表(SPIEGEL睡眠量表)对患者睡眠质量前后评估。结果:经治疗后患者的腹胀、腹痛、结块、乏力、二便不调症状积分比治疗前显著下降,得到改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);111例患者治疗后睡眠评分为(11.09±3.98)分,显著低于治疗前睡眠评分(P<0.05);治疗后卡式评分(Karnofsky,KPS)评分高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05);治疗后患者T淋巴细胞总值(CD3^+)、辅助性T淋巴细胞(CD3^+CD4^+)及抑制/杀伤性T淋巴细胞(CD4^+/CD8^+)水平均比治疗前明显上升,且B淋巴细胞壁治疗前明显降低,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:沙利度胺联合清胰化积方可改善胰腺癌患者的疼痛程度,显著改善症状,并提高睡眠质量,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of thalidomide plus the Qingyi Huaji prescription(清胰化积方)on sleep disorders in pancreatic cancer.Methods:111 patients treated with thalidomide and the Qingyi Huaji prescription from January 2017 to December 2017 were collected.The sleep quality of the patients was evaluated by modified SPIEGEL sleep scale.The pain relief rate was counted and the clinical symptoms were evaluated by symptom score.Results:After treatment,the scores of symptoms of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,caking,fatigue and incompatibility of stool were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep score of 111 patients was(11.09±3.98).Karnofsky score was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).CD3^+,CD3^+CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in patients were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the B lymphocyte wall was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thalidomide plus the Qingyi Huaji prescription can improve sleep disorder and quality of life in patients with pancreatic cancer.
