裸花紫珠片联合头孢曲松、多西环素治疗慢性盆腔炎患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨裸花紫珠片联合头孢曲松、多西环素治疗慢性盆腔炎(Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease,CPID)患者的临床效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月我院收治的86例CPID患者,随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)和研究组(43例)。对照组采用头孢曲松、多西环素治疗,研究组于对照组基础上联合应用裸花紫珠片治疗,两组均以1周为一个疗程,持续治疗3个疗程。疗程结束后,统计比较两组治疗效果、症状改善情况、不良反应发生情况,并比较治疗前后血清粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组腹痛消失时间、阴道分泌物增多消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清GM-CSF、CRP水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且两组不良反应均为轻微反应,未对治疗造成影响。结论:采用裸花紫珠片联合头孢曲松、多西环素治疗CPID的疗效显著,能进一步下调血清GM-CSF、CRP水平,促进患者症状改善,且具有一定安全性。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Luohua Zizhu tablets(裸花紫珠片)plus ceftriaxone and doxycycline on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods:86 cases were selected and randomly divided into the control group and study group.The control group was treated with ceftriaxone and doxycycline,and the research group was treated with the Luohua Zizhu tablets more.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain and increased vaginal secretion in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of GM-CSF and CRP in both groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions showed no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05),and the adverse reactions in both groups were mild and did not affect the treatment.Conclusion:The Luohua Zizhu tables,ceftriaxone and doxycycline on CPID has a significant effect,which can further reduce the serum gm-csf and CRP levels,promote the improvement of the patient’s symptoms,and has a certain degree of safety.
