健心平律丸对心房颤动患者血清HSP70的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察健心平律丸对持续性房颤及永久性房颤患者血清热休克蛋白70(Heat Shock Protein 70,HSP70)的影响。方法:100例确诊患者随机分为两组,对照组(常规治疗组)50例;治疗组(加用健心平律丸组)50例。12个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效;观察记录两组治疗前后血清热休克蛋白70水平的变化,同时检测治疗前后血、尿、大便常规、肝肾功能、电解质的变化。结果:两组用药12个月后HSP70与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗组与对照组治疗后HSP70水平对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:治疗组治疗后HSP70水平增加,可能与HSP70随着心功能好转其保护作用增加有关,提示健心平律丸能通过调节慢性房颤患者HSP70水平起到保护心脏作用。Objective: To observe the effect of Jianxin Pinglv Pill(健心平律丸) on the heat shock protein 70(HSP70) in serum of patients with persistent atrial fibrillation and permanent atrial fibrillation. Methods: 100 patients with confirmed diagnosis were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 50 cases in the control group(routine treatment group) and 50 cases in treatment group(with Jianxin Pinglv pill group), 12 months was one treatment course, and the change of serum heat shock protein 70(HSP70) level before and after one course of treatment was observed and recorded. At the same time, the changes of blood, urine, stool routine, liver and kidney function and electrolyte before and after treatment were also detected. Results: The level of HSP70 in the treatment group and the control group was significantly different after 12 months of treatment(P<0.05), and the level of HSP70 in the treatment group and that of the control group was significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion: The increase of HSP70 in the treatment group may be related to the increase of the protective effect of HSP70 with the improvement of heart function.
