摘　　要：立足中国古代伦理文化,通过分析整理乳腺病学的文献资料,探讨中国古代礼仪道德和妇女伦理模式对中医乳腺病学科发展的影响,发现乳腺的解剖位置、形态结构、生理功能的描述相较其他脏腑有所局限;部分乳腺疾病的病名概念模糊,辨证分型结论不统一,除与哺乳相关的疾病外,诸多乳腺疾病治法方药相对单一。在"女从男"贯穿渗透于家庭与社会生活的背景下,受中国古代伦理文化的影响,中医乳腺病学的发展也具有浓厚的"从属"色彩,呈现出"重哺乳、轻余疾""重问诊,轻望触""重临证疗效、轻理论构建""起源早、后劲不足"等发展失衡的特点。故通过回顾中国古代伦理文化对乳腺病学科发展的影响,以史为镜,批判继承,寻求现代中医乳腺病学发展的新方向。Based on the ancient Chinese ethical culture, this paper sorted and analyzed the literatures of mammary diseases, and discussed the effect of the ancient courtesy morality and women’s ethics mode on the Chinese mastotic development. The results showed that the description of the anatomical location, morphological structure and physiological function of the mammary gland was less than that of other organs. The name of some breast diseases was vague, and some conclusion of syndrome differentiation was not unified. Under the background that the concept of "the female were subordinated to the male" penetrating into family and social life, and under the influence of ancient Chinese ethical culture, the development of mammary diseases of traditional Chinese medicine also has a strong color of "subordination". Besides lactation-related diseases, a large number of breast problem are short of effective prescription. The development of mastology did not balance in Chinese medicine, which is the way where doctors look for solution.
