摘　　要：目的:观察颈五针穴微针刀治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将黄石爱康医院中医科就诊的100例颈性眩晕患者随机分为观察组50例、对照组50例,分别采用微针刀治疗和针刺治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治愈27例,好转21例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%(48/50);对照组治愈19例,好转20例,无效11例,总有效率78.00%(39/50)。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:颈五针穴微针刀治疗颈性眩晕的疗效显著。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jinwuzhen(颈五针) with the micro needle knife in treating cervical vertigo. Methods: 100 patients with cervical vertigo in Huangshi Aikang Hospital were randomly divided into the observation group 50 cases and the control group 50 cases. They were treated with the micro needle knife and acupuncture respectively. Results: The observation group was 27 cases cured,21 cases improved,2 cases invalid, total efficiency was 96.00%(48/50);the control group was 19 cases cured,20 cases improved,11 cases invalid, total efficiency was 78.00%(39/50). In the comparison of two groups total effective rate, the difference has remarkable significance(P <0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cervical vertigo with the micro needle knife at the Jingwuzhen has significant curative effect.
