侗药赶打散瘀膏对腰椎间盘突出症急性期患者临床疗效及血清C-反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察侗药赶打散瘀膏配合腕踝针对腰椎间盘突出症急性期患者临床疗效及血清C-反应蛋白(C-reactionprotein,CRP)含量的影响。方法:将71例腰椎间盘突出症急性期患者随机分为侗药组37例和白药组34例,侗药组予腕踝针配合侗药赶打散瘀膏外敷,白药组予腕踝针配合云南白药膏外敷,腕踝针取穴相同,每日治疗1次,共治疗10次。观察治疗前后患者腰腿痛功能、下腰痛日本骨科学会腰背痛评分表(Japanese Orthopedic Association Low Back Pain Score,JOA)积分、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)及测定血清CRP的含量。结果:两组患者治疗前后各项临床症状评分较治疗前均明显改善(P <0.01,P <0.05)。两组患者治疗后临床症状积分比较,JOA积分(P <0.05)、VAS(P <0.01),差异均有统计学意义,侗药组均优于白药组。两组患者临床治愈率比较,侗药组优于白药组(P <0.01)。治疗后两组血清CRP含量比较,侗药组低于白药组(P <0.05)。结论:侗药赶打散瘀膏配合腕踝针能显著改善腰椎间盘突出症急性期患者临床症状,且优于云南白药膏。Objective: To observe the clinical effect and serum CRP content of the Dong medicine zhudashanyu plaster(侗药赶打散瘀膏) combined with Wrist Ankle in the acute stage of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 71 patients with lumbar disc herniation at acute stage were randomly divided into Dong medicine group(37 cases) and Baiyao Group(34 cases). Dong medicine group was treated with wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Dong medicine to disperse stasis plaster, Baiyao group was treated with wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Yunnan Baiyao plaster, and the points of wrist ankle acupuncture were the same, once a day, a total of 10 times. The function of lumbago and leg pain, JOA score, vas and CRP were observed before and after treatment. Results: the scores of clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved before and after treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in JOA score(P<0.05) and VAS score(P<0.01) between the two groups. Dong medicine group was better than white medicine group. The curative rate of Dong medicine group was better than that of white medicine group(P<0.01). After treatment, the serum CRP level of Dong medicine group was lower than that of white medicine group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Dong medicine dispersing stasis ointment combined with wrist ankle acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation in the acute stage, and is superior to Yunnan white ointment.
