正清风痛宁注射液中医定向透药治疗腰椎间盘突出症40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察正清风痛宁注射液中医定向透药治疗腰椎间盘突出症40例的临床疗效。方法:将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,对照组和治疗组,每组40例,对照组运用一次性理疗电极片在腰椎指定部位实施中医定向透药治疗,治疗组运用正清风痛宁注射液在腰椎指定部位实施中医定向透药治疗,操作方法相同。以上两组患者基础治疗均为腰椎牵引、卧硬板床休息。结果:经治7 d后,治疗组总有效率为92.5%(37/40),对照组为82.5%(33/40),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)评分比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:正清风痛宁注射液中医定向透药治疗腰椎间盘突出症起效快,疗效好,值得临床推广。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhengqing Fengtongning(正清风痛宁) injection in treating 40 cases of lumbar disc herniation by directional penetration of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the treatment group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received disposable physiotherapy electrode sheets to implement traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy at the designated part of lumbar spine, while the treatment group received Zhengqing Fengtongning injection to implement traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy at the designated part of lumbar spine, with the same operation method. The basic treatment for the above two groups of patients was lumbar traction and hard bed rest. Results: After 7 days of treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.5%(37/40), while that in the control group was 82.5%(33/40), which was with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Comparison of VAS scores before and after treatment showed the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhengqing Fengtongning injection is worth clinical promotion for its quick effect and good curative effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by directional penetration of traditional Chinese medicine.
