补气养血调经汤治疗气血两虚型经期延长63例疗效总结

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟补气养血调经汤治疗气血两虚型经期延长的临床效果。方法:将126例气血两虚型的经期延长患者随机分为两组,观察组63例予自拟补气养血调经汤(颗粒剂:炙黄芪20 g,党参10 g,炒白术10 g,炙甘草9 g,当归10 g,川芎12 g,熟地黄10 g,白芍10 g,鸡血藤30 g,黑芝麻10 g,枸杞子10 g,女贞子10 g,大枣10 g,墨旱莲30 g,茜草10 g,仙鹤草20 g),每日1剂,30 d为1个疗程。对照组63例予中成药八珍颗粒,每次1袋,每日2次,30 d为1个疗程。两组一般用药4个疗程,疗程结束后对比两组疗效。结果:观察组治愈34例53.97%(34/63),无效3例4.76%(31/63),总有效率95.24%(60/63)。对照组治愈21例33.33%(21/63),无效13例20.63%(13/63),总有效率79.37%(50/63)。两组总有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:补气养血调经汤是在八珍汤的基础上根据经期延长的特点做了进一步增减,不仅增强了补气养血的功效,还随证增加收敛止血等药物,养血调经的作用得到了进一步增强,既能补气养血治本,又能敛血调经治标,对临床症状积分的改善较为明显,对气血两虚型经期延长的效果更加理想。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of self-made Buqi Yangxue Tiaojing Decoction(补气养血调经汤) in treating prolonged menstruation of Qi and blood deficiency type. Methods: 126 patients with prolonged menstruation due to deficiency of both qi and blood were randomly divided into two groups. 63 patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made Buqi Yangxue Tiaojing Decoction(Granules: roasted Astragalus 20 g, Codonopsis 10 g, roasted Atractylodes macrocephala 10 g, roasted licorice 9 g, Angelica 10 g, Chuanxiong(川芎) 12 g, cooked Rehmannia 10 g, Paeonia lactiflora 10 g, Jixuetong(鸡血藤) 30 g, black sesame 10 g, wolfberry 10 g, Ligustrum lucidum 10 g, Jujubae 10 g, Black Lotus 30 g, Rubiacea 10 g, Centella 20 g), one dose a day, 30 days as a course of treatment. Sixtythree patients in the control group were given Bazhen Granules(八珍颗粒), one bag each time, twice a day, 30 days were as a course of treatment. Two groups received general medication for four courses of treatment, at the end of the course of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: 34 cases 53.97%(34/63) were cured and 3 cases 4.76%(3/63) were ineffective in the observation group. The total effective rate was 95.24%(60/63). In the control group, 21 cases 33.33%(21/63) were cured, 13 cases 20.63%(13/63) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 79.37%(50/63). There was significant difference in the total treatment rate between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Buqi Yangxue Tiaojing Decoction is based on Bazhen Decoction, which further increases and decreases according to the characteristics of prolonged menstruation. It not only enhances the efficacy of invigorating Qi and nourishing blood, but also increases the drugs of astringency and hemostasis along with symptoms. The function of nourishing blood and regulating menstruation has been further strengthened. It can not only nourish Qi and nourish blood, but also regulate menstruation and treat symptoms.
