摘 要:审批制是金融机构控制风险的重要手段,金融机构中不良资产产生的现实原因很多,而审批制中的漏洞是重要因素之一。在数字经济时代,将大数据、区块链、人工智能及物联网新技术有效地嵌入审批全流程,并根据信贷审批的特点对体制进行再优化,搭建新的“金融科技+授信审批制”模式,以足够的数据信息量提升授信决策科学性,以信息传输保真的区块链技术提升决策依据的资料不走样,以多维物联形式保证决策的适时性场景,以及运用具有自我学习能力的人工智能参与决策,能够增强审批决策的客观性和科学性。The examination and approval system is an important means for financial institutions to control risks.There are many practical reasons for the occurrence of non-performing assets in financial institutions,and loophole in the examination and approval system is one of the important reasons.In the era of digital economy,big data,blockchain,artificial intelligence and new technologies of the Internet of things can be effectively integrated into the whole approval process.The system can be re-optimized according to the characteristics of credit approval,and a new mode of"financial technology+credit examination and approval system"can be set up with sufficient data information to improve the scientific nature of credit granting decision,blockchain technology of information transmission fidelity to ensure the data on which decisions are made do not go out of form,multi-dimensional IOT to guarantee timely decision-making scene,and self-learning artificial intelligence to participate in decision-making.Hence,the approval decisions can be more objective and scientific.
