摘 要:在常规玻璃纤维无捻粗纱988A基础上,通过浸润剂优化,开发出高性能玻璃纤维无捻粗纱960A。分别挤出、注塑制成988A和960A增强聚丙烯(PP)的GF/PP复合材料,采用SEM、机械性能检测等方法表征复合材料的干态性能和水煮性能。结果表明,960A与聚丙烯树脂粘结更好,GF/PP复合材料的干态性能和耐水煮性能明显优于988A。单纤维直径越粗,比表面积越小,17μm的GF/PP复合材料相比14μm的GF/PP力学性能下降7%。水煮老化性能则相反。Based on the regular fiberglass roving 988 A, a high performance fiberglass roving was developed by optimizing the sizing agent. GF/PP composites reinforced with 988 A and 960 A were prepared by extrusion and injection molding respectively. The dry and boiling properties of the composites were characterized by SEM and mechanical property tests. The results have showed that 960 A are bonded with polypropylene resin better, and the dry state properties and boiling resistance of 960 A GF/PP composites are better than those of 988 A reinforced ones. The thicker the single fiber is, the smaller the specific surface area is. The mechanical property of 17-micron GF/PP composites is 7% lower than that of 14-micron GF/PP composites, and the aging resistance to boiling is the opposite.
