摘　　要：在固定的成型工艺和烤制工艺下,通过对玻璃纤维增强可弯曲钹形树脂砂轮配方体系的调整,涉及磨料、树脂和填料的选配,研发出一系列锋利型玻纤增强可弯曲钹形树脂砂轮,主要开发的规格为102 mm×2.8 mm×16 mm产品,其综合性能高于常规产品20%,市场前景广阔,有着一定的经济效益,具有高性价比。Based on the regular forming and baking process, a new series of fiberglass reinforced bendable depressed center resin-bonded abrasive wheels were developed by adjusting the formulation, including the selection of abrasive material, resin and filler. The main size of the wheel is 102 mm×2.8 mm×16 mm. Its overall performance is 20% higher than that of conventional products, and it has certain economic benefit and high performance/cost ratio, thus exhibiting a good market prospect.
