摘　　要：目的:构建新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间妇科病房管理体系模式并应用于临床实践,以期为普通病房制定疫情防控管理提供参考。方法:以妇科在防控新型冠状病毒肺炎过程中采取的各项应急管理体系为例,如科室管理、患者管理、人员培训管理、消毒及医疗废物处理管理、重点人群心理干预管理等方面进行多方面剖析。结果:截至2020年4月5日,妇科在新冠肺炎疫情期间,无一例患者、家属、医护人员感染的记录,医护人员、患者及家属满意度高,病房运行良好,确保了临床工作的质量和安全。结论:制度执行、人员培训、物资管理、心理干预构建的病房管理体系能有效应对突发疫情,保障病房安全。Objective: To construct a gynecological ward management system model during the COVID-19 epidemic and apply it to clinical practice, with a view to providing reference for the general ward to develop outbreak prevention and control management. Method:Take the emergency management system adopted by gynecological ward in the process of prevention and control of COVID-19 as an example, to analyze the department management, patient management, personnel training management, disinfection and medical waste disposal management and psychological intervention management of key population. Results: As of April 5, 2020, gynecological ward had no records of infections of patients, family members and medical staff during the COVID-19 epidemic. The medical staff, patients and family members were highly satisfied, and the wards were running well, ensuring the quality and security of clinical work. Conclusion: The ward management system constructed by system implementation, personnel training, material management and psychological intervention can effectively respond to sudden outbreaks and ensure the safety of wards.
