摘  要:预应力U形薄壁梁式渡槽在国内属较新型的结构形式,首次应用于东深供水改造工程。本文结合漆水河倒虹改建工程,在设计、方案及施工过程中对造槽机进行了优化改进,解决了翻浆、线形不顺直、端模脱模困难等施工难题。对采用造槽机法施工的24m、30m、40m等不同跨度的矩形、U型、梯形渡槽工程施工,具有一定的参考价值。The prestressed U-shaped thin-walled beam aqueduct is a relatively new structural form in China, which was first applied to the Dongshen water supply renovation project. In this paper, combined with the renovation of the Qishuihe inverted rainbow, the slot machine was optimized and improved in the design, plan and construction process to solve the construction problems such as grouting,uneven line shape, and difficulty in demolding the end mold. It has a certain reference value for the construction of rectangular, U-shaped and trapezoidal aqueducts with different spans, such as 24 m, 30 m, 40 m, etc.
