加长型PFNA联合小切口钢丝捆扎治疗股骨转子下长斜形骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察股骨转子下长斜形骨折应用加长型PFNA+小切口钢丝捆扎治疗的疗效。方法选取2017年3月-2018年3月湖北江汉油田总医院收治股骨转子下长斜形骨折者70例,用随机数表法分为两组,各35例,对照组采用锁定钢板治疗,观察组采用加长型PFNA+小切口钢丝捆扎。比较两组患者髋关节情况及手术情况。结果术后,观察组髋关节功能优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后,观察组手术时间、骨折愈合时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用加长型PFNA+小切口钢丝捆扎可有效改善股骨转子下长斜形骨折患者的髋关节功能,利于骨折愈合,加快患者恢复,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the effect of long oblique fracture under trochanter of femur treated with lengthened PFNA and small incision steel wire binding.Methods From March 2017 to March 2018,70 patients with subtrochanteric long oblique fracture of femur were selected from Jianghan oilfield general hospital,Hubei province,the patients were divided into two groups by a random number table,35 cases in each group.in the observation group,lengthened PFNA+steel wire with small incision was used,the control group was treated with locking plate,HIP joint condition and operation condition were compared between the two groups.Results After operation,the excellent and good rate of hip function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the operation time and fracture healing time in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of extended PFNA plus small incision steel wire binding can effectively improve the hip function of patients with subtrochanteric long oblique fracture,promote fracture healing,and accelerate the recovery of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
