摘　　要：目的:探讨地佐辛预先给药对丙泊酚无痛人流麻醉效果的影响。方法:2019年3-9月收治行无痛人流术的患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例,术前禁食禁水6 h,常规面罩供氧。对照组给予芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉。观察组给予地佐辛联合对丙泊酚麻醉。比较两组效果。结果:两组在用药5 min、15 min进行疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组用药30 min疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组丙泊酚用量少于对照组,意识恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛预先给药可减少丙泊酚无痛人流麻醉中丙泊酚的用量,镇痛时间长,苏醒时间短,麻醉效果好。Objective:To investigate the effect of pre-administration of dizoxin on the anesthetic effect of propofol in painless induced abortion.Methods:From March to September 2019,60 patients who underwent painless artificial abortion were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.They were fasted for 6 hours before operation and were given oxygen with routine mask.The control group was anesthetized with fentanyl combined with propofol.The observation group was anesthetized with dizoxin combined with propofol.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the pain score of 5 min and 15 min between the two groups(P>0.05),but the pain score of 30 min in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dosage of propofol in the observation group was less than the control group,and the recovery time of consciousness in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pre-administration of dizoxin for painless induced abortion with propofol can reduce the dosage of propofol,with long analgesia time,short awakening time and good anesthetic effect.
