摘　　要：目的:研究盐酸丁卡因胶浆在前列腺增生患者导尿中的应用效果。方法:2018年4月-2019年4月收治前列腺增生患者79例,随机分为两组。参照组给予医用无菌石蜡油进行润滑,予以常规留置导尿处理;试验组给予盐酸丁卡因胶浆及留置导尿处理。比较两组尿道刺激反应分级情况、一次性导尿成功率、平均动脉压(MAP)及心率(HR)水平。结果:试验组尿道刺激反应分级情况、MAP及HR水平均优于参照组,一次性导尿成功率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将盐酸丁卡因胶浆应用在前列腺增生患者导尿中,可显著降低尿道刺激反应程度,增加一次性导尿成功率。Objective:To study the effect of tetracaine hydrochloride slurry on urinary catheterization in patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,79 patients with prostatic hyperplasia were selected,and they were randomly divided into the two groups.The reference group was given lubricated with medical sterile paraffin oil and treated with conventional indwelling catheterization.The experimental group was treated with tetracaine hydrochloride slurry and indwelling catheterization.Classification of urethral stimulation response,success rate of one-time catheterization,mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:Classification of urethral stimulation response,MAP and HR levels of the experimental group were better than the control group,and the success rate of one-time catheterization was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of tetracaine hydrochloride slurry in urethral catheterization of patients with prostatic hyperplasia can significantly reduce the response degree of urethral stimulation and increase the success rate of one-time catheterization.
