摘  要:传统实验仪器受实验环境、教学经费等因素影响,升级更新周期长且功能不完善。利用计算机结合LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术,采用软件与简单硬件结合方式,研究探讨机械工程信号处理分析虚拟实验仪器系统的开发。软件部分实现模拟信号生成、信号时域分析、频域分析、谐波分析等功能。硬件部分由NI公司USB-231数据采集卡、CT5201恒流适配器、CT1010L振动传感器组成。软件与硬件结合的方式可实现对信号实时采集、分析、保存及网络共享。该仪器功能较全面,信号处理过程中数据显示直观,信号测试准确可靠。Traditional experimental instruments are affected by experimental environment, teaching expenses and other factors, the upgrade and renewal cycle is long and the function is imperfect. The combination of computer and LabVIEW virtual instrument technology, and the software and simple hardware were used to study the development of virtual engineering instrument system for mechanical engineering signal processing analysis. The software part realizes the functions of analog signal generation, signal time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, harmonic analysis and so on. The hardware part is composed of NI USB-231 data acquisition card, CT5201 constant current adapter and CT1010 L vibration sensor. The combination of software and hardware enables real-time acquisition,analysis, storage, and network sharing of signals. The instrument is comprehensive in function, the signal processing process and data are visually displayed, and the signal test is accurate and reliable.
