摘  要:为提高三坐标测量技术在教学中的应用,将VR技术与真实的三坐标手持器相结合进行三坐标测量虚拟仿真系统研发。仿真系统由专用的三坐标测量虚拟仿真软件与自主设计加工的手持控制器组成,具有与真实的三坐标设备相同的测量操作功能,具有高度仿真的三坐标测量环境,可实现被测量工件的三维模型比对、测量常用数据、评价常用公差、生成测量数据报告等功能。In order to improve the application of CMM technology in teaching, VR technology and real CMM hand-held device were combined to develop the CMM virtual simulation system. The simulation system consists of a special virtual simulation software for CMM and a hand-held controller designed and manufactured by ourselves. The system has the same measurement operation function as the real three-dimensional equipment, has a highly simulated three-dimensional measurement environment, and can realize the three-dimensional model comparison of the measured workpiece, measurement common data,evaluation of common tolerances, generation of measurement data reports and other functions.
