摘  要:为降低永磁同步曳引驱动电梯由于制动力矩不足而导致制动试验失败后设备损坏的风险,从《电梯制造与安装安全规范》中对机-电式制动器的要求和《电梯监督检验和定期检验规则——曳引与强制驱动电梯》中对电梯制动试验对制动器的要求分析,得出国标中对制动器的要求要比检规在制动试验中对制动器的要求略高。在满足国标对制动器装设的要求下在理论上是可以满足检规中125%额定工况下制动试验时制停轿厢对制动器的要求。所以在做制动试验时有必要先分别检验每组制动器是否满足国标的要求,在一定程度上可以降低由于制动器不符合要求而导致制动试验失败使设备损坏的风险。In order to reduce the risk of equipment damage after failure of braking test due to insufficient braking torque of permanent magnet synchronous traction drive elevator, the requirements of mechanical electric brake in 《safety code for elevator manufacturing and installation》 and 《the requirements of brake test in elevator supervision and inspection and regular inspection rules—traction and forced drive elevator》 were analyzed. It was concluded that the requirement of national standard for brake is slightly higher than that of inspection gauge in brake test. Under the condition of meeting the requirements of national standard for brake installation, theoretically, it can meet the requirements of brake system for car stopping under 125% rated working condition in the inspection regulation. It is necessary to check whether each group of brakes meets the requirements of the national standard before the brake test, which can reduce the risk of equipment damage caused by the failure of the brake test due to the brake not meeting the requirements to a certain extent.
