摘  要:在车辆检测系统的过程中,会通过电子感应加速器发射出2~7.5MeV的高能射线,为保障实验人员的自身安全,设计了车辆检测系统测试仓库安全联锁控制系统。基于测试仓库的构造特点,阐述了该安全联锁系统的硬件实现及基于PLC的控制电路设计。实现了仓库东西两侧门开关到位的装置联锁、剂量测量装置联锁、巡更系统联锁3个功能,最大限度地保护相关人员的安全,提高了实验仓库的安全性。In the process of vehicle detection system, 2~7.5 Mev high-energy radiation will be emitted through the electronic induction accelerator. In order to ensure the safety of the experimenter, the safety interlock control system of the test warehouse of the vehicle detection system was designed. Based on the construction characteristics of the test warehouse, the hardware implementation of the safety interlock system and the control circuit design based on PLC were described. Three functions are realized, which are device interlock, dose measurement device interlock and patrol system interlock, to protect the safety of related personnel and improve the safety of the experimental warehouse.
