摘 要:智能电子锁要实现稳定安全的运行,需要锁内离合装置能够保持较低的故障率。在对现有电子锁装置研究的基础上,对离合装置的机械结构做了进一步的优化,装置采用螺杆传动方式,加入了回位弹簧,在机械卡死时,能起到缓冲作用,防止出现相对空转滑丝等问题。实际应用证明此结构可靠、机械强度高,能够满足产品的运动机理要求。In order to achieve stable and safe operation of intelligent electronic locks, it is necessary to maintain a low failure rate in the lock-off clutch device.Based on the research of the existing electronic lock device, the mechanical structure of the clutch device was further optimized. The screw transmission mode was adopted to the device and a return spring was added, when the machine was stuck, it could play a buffering role to prevent problems such as relatively idling slip. The result shows that the structure is reliable and has high mechanical strength, can meet the motion mechanism requirements of the product.
