摘 要:为研究航天器回收过程中部组件的动态冲击模拟和着陆缓冲模拟,建立试验架系统。系统通过调整目标高度和辅助目标的重量、位置等,完成模拟测试,以实现目标动态数据的采集分析。针对系统功能需求研究设计了基础框架、升降调整架、起升装置、复摆投放装置、控制系统等,同时配置无线传输和操作系统、传感器、防护装置等,建立了一套完整的试验系统。In order to study the dynamic impact strength test and landing buffer test of the components of the spacecraft during the space recovery process, a portal impact test rack system was established. The system completed the simulation test by adjusting the height of the target and the weight and position of the auxiliary target, so as to achieve the collection and analysis of the dynamic data of the target. The basic framework, lifting and adjusting frame, lifting device,swing drop device and control system of the system were studied and designed according to the functional requirements of the system. At the same time, the wireless transmission and operation system, sensors, protective devices, etc. were configured, and a complete test system was established.
