摘 要:针对皮带机的断带保护装置进行了优化设计。分析了皮带发生断裂的主要原因,对断带故障进行预防。针对保护装置的性能要求对抓捕器的结构进行优化设计,利用对称抓捕机构与阻尼板的配合,防止了对皮带的二次撕裂,有效实现了抓捕动作。优化设计了系统的检测装置,通过光电编码器与撕裂传感器对断带故障信号进行双重检测,提高了断带保护系统的准确性,避免了抓捕器产生的误动作。The optimal design of belt breaking protection device for belt conveyor was carried out. The main cause of the belt breakage were analyzed to prevent the fault of the belt. According to the performance requirements of the protection device, the structure of the catcher was optimized, and the cooperation of the symmetrical catching mechanism and the damper plate was utilized to prevent secondary tearing of the belt and effectively realized the catching action. The system detection device was optimized, through the double detection of broken belt fault signal by photoelectric encoder and tear sensor, the accuracy of broken belt protection system was improved, and the misoperation of the catcher was avoided.
