摘  要:随着工业技术的进步,出现了许多新型的焊接方法,传统的钛、铝制压力容器焊接方法易产生焊接缺陷,急需新型的焊接方法来改善钛、铝合金的焊接工艺。针对钛、铝合金制压力容器,对比分析传统的熔焊方法,以及与以搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)为典型的固态焊接之间的差别。结果表明,传统的熔焊方法易产生气孔、夹渣、裂纹等缺陷,而固态焊接焊接过程未经过一次结晶过程,避免了传统焊接方法中的缺陷产生,在钛、铝制压力容器中有广阔的应用前景。With the progress of industrial technology, there are many new welding methods. The traditional welding methods of titanium and aluminum pressure vessels are easy to produce welding defects, and new welding methods are urgently needed to improve the welding process of titanium and aluminum alloy. The difference between the traditional welding method and the typical FSW solid-state welding was analyzed. The results show that the traditional welding method is easy to produce defects such as pores, slag inclusion and cracks, and the solid-state welding process does not go through a crystallization process, which avoids the defects of the traditional welding method, and has a broad application prospect in titanium and aluminum pressure vessels.
