摘 要:城市轨道交通的辅逆系统是通过将接触网获取的交流电逆变成供列车使用的交流电,从而实现列车各项设备的正常运转。通过研究广州地铁二号线辅逆系统的中间电压超压故障,调查分析西门子辅逆系统故障诊断逻辑以及设计原理。通过利用SIBMON解析软件、辅逆系统逻辑图以及事件记录仪数据,反向推导造成整车辅逆故障的原因,得出故障原因为弓网关系不良,即短暂弓网脱离现象,为后续同类故障查找以及深入调查提供参考依据。The auxiliary inverse system of urban rail transit is to invert the alternating current obtained from the catenary into the alternating current for the train,so as to realize the normal operation of various equipment of the train. The fault diagnosis logic and design principle of Siemens auxiliary inverse system were investigated and analyzed by studying the intermediate voltage overpressure fault of auxiliary inverse system of Guangzhou Metro Line 2. By using the analysis software of sibmon, the logic diagram of the auxiliary inverse system and the data of the event recorder, the causes of the auxiliary inverse fault of the whole vehicle were deduced reversely. It is concluded that the cause of the fault is the poor relationship between the pantograph and the network, that is, the phenomenon of the short-term pantograph and the network separation, which provides the reference for the follow-up similar fault search and in-depth investigation.
