摘 要:随着人类对环境保护的重视程度越来越高,各国出台的法律法规也越来越严格,高性能环保溶剂的开发与应用已然成为农化行业发展的重要趋势和重点领域。基于陶氏工业解决方案事业部的大量溶剂产品,建立原药溶解度高通量筛选流程,利用平台快速高效的优势,对目标原药的溶解性进行全面、科学的评估,成功地开发出低极性和中高极性的高性能环保溶剂,用以替代有环保风险的现有溶剂。与此同时,通过不同溶剂对于同一种原药溶解度数据的拟合,精准地计算出相应原药的溶解度参数,为后续配方开发奠定良好基础。Green and high-performance solvents used in the agro-industry to make pesticide formulations are a megatrend in the world,driven by more and more environmental protection consideration and increased government regulation requirement.In this paper,high throughput tool is utilized to build pesticide solubility evaluation workflow,and then for pesticide solubility study,using some of Dow’s solvent products.The representative pesticide active ingredients are evaluated systematically.Two solvents with low polarity and moderate to high polarity had been explored successfully as alternatives to current solvents with environmental concerns.Moreover,the pesticide Hansen solubility parameter is established through solubility data,using a fitting model,which is facilitating to following formulation development.
