摘  要:通过对硝磺草酮悬浮体系制剂的配方研究,测定不同制剂配方的动态表面张力及室内药效,研究动态表面张力与药效关系。利用不同润湿分散剂的筛选配伍,研究悬浮助剂体系,测定体系的动态表面张力及对杂草防治效果。通过测定5个不同制剂配方的3种稀释浓度液的数据,找到防治效果与动态表面张力的关系。无论对禾本科还是阔叶杂草,在一定程度上悬浮体系药液的动态表面张力的变化趋势与其药效正相关。通过该指标的测定,对制剂配方筛选有一定指导意义。The dynamic surface tension and control efficacy of different recipes were determined through the study of mesotrione suspension concentrate,which could show the relationship between the dynamic surface tension and the efficacy activity.The auxiliary system of mesotrions SC has been researched by selecting and matching different wetting and dispersing agents.The dynamic surface tension was tested and the greenhouse bioactivity was determined.The relationship between the control efficacy and the dynamic surface tension was found on measuring the data of dynamic surface tension of five different recipes with three dilutions.To a certain degree,the trend of dynamic surface tension was positively related to the efficacy of suspension system for both gramineae and broadleaf weeds.Through the determination of this index,it has certain significance for the formulation research.
