摘 要:泡沫是农药生产和应用中的常见问题,各种消泡剂在农业行业中被广泛应用。但是传统消泡剂与水的兼容性较差,在透明水性配方体系中会影响体系的透明性,并且有些消泡剂对环境敏感,在贮存过程中出现效率降低的问题。研究了聚醚类消泡剂控制透明水性制剂体系泡沫的效果。试验表明,聚醚类消泡剂与制剂配方的兼容性好,不影响制剂产品的透明性,在贮存过程中稳定,仍可有较高消泡作用。聚醚消泡剂可用于制备优良的水性制剂。High foaming causes many problems during pesticide manufacturing and application process, and various foam control agents are widely used in pesticide formulations. Howeve, traditional foam control agents have poor compatibility with water system, and may result in turbid issue in transparent formulations and lose foam control effectiveness during storage. In this work, polyether foam control agents were used in transparent water-based pesticide formulations. Experimental results indicated that polyether foam control agents have good compatibility with water-based formulation without negative impact on appearance. It can also keep high foam control efficiency during storage tests. Polyether foam control agents can be used to produce excellent water-based pesticide formulations.
