摘 要:结合690合金传热管国产化需要,就关键元素C、热变形、冷变形、热处理等关键因素对690合金晶粒尺寸的影响进行模拟研究,结果表明,(1)当C含量大于0.020%时,690合金晶粒细化明显;(2)足够的热变形及冷变形量是保证690合金晶粒细化的重要保证;(3)固溶温度对690合金晶粒尺寸影响显著,为了保证较小的晶粒尺寸,690合金固溶温度应不高于1100℃。在以上研究基础上,制定合理的生产工艺,国产化690合金传热管材可以达到第三代核电工程对其晶粒度及其极差的要求。With the need of localization of 690 alloy heat transfer tube,the simulation study of effect of crucial influencing factors such as carbon content,hot deformation,cold deformation,heat treatment on grain size of 690 alloy was carried on in this paper.The results were given as follows:(1)When carbon content was higher than 0.020%,the grain size of 690 alloy was re⁃fined obviously;(2).Sufficient hot deformation and cold deformation were important guarantee for grain refinement of 690 alloy;(3)The solid solution temperature had a significant effect on the grain size of 690 alloy,in order to ensure small grain size,the solid solution temperature of 690 alloy should not be higher than 1100℃.On the basis of the above study,the reasonable production pro⁃cess could be developed,and the domestically manufactured 690 alloy heat transfer tube could meet the requirements of the third generation nuclear power project on its grain size and its grade difference.
