摘  要:分析了21-4N奥氏体气阀钢拉拔开裂盘条的熔炼化学成分、夹杂物等级、断口形貌、金相组织等。结果表明,盘条化学成分、夹杂物等级正常。金相组织存在异常,表面晶粒对比基体晶粒明细细小。拉拔开裂是由于表面的异常细晶组织导致拉拔过程中变形不均匀,产生局部应力过大引起的。In this paper,the chemical compositions,inclusion level,fracture morphology and microstructure of the samples from the cracked coil rod of 21-4N austenitic valve steelwere tested.The result showed that the chemi⁃cal composition and inclusion level of met the requirements.The metallographic structure is abnormal,and the sur⁃face grains were obviously finer compared with the matrix grains.The reason for cracking during drawing is that the abnormal fine grain structure on the surface led to uneven deformation and excessive local stress.
