摘　　要：本本文介绍了安钢二炼轧厂170t钢包直角型包口压砖板的改造与实践历程,直角型钢包包口压砖板,设计上结构简单,使用过程中通过浇注料烘烤烧结使钢包壳体与渣线砖形成一体,可有效抵抗钢包在使用过程中因温度变化而热胀冷缩引起的各种应力,保证钢包工作层耐材砖在使用过程中稳定不脱落,实用效果较好。This article introduces the practice course of 170t ladle right-angle ladle edge-sealed brick slab in Ansteel No.2 Refining and Rolling Mill.Ladle right-angle ladle edge-sealed brick slab has simple design,and the steel cladding shell is baked and casted during casting The body and the slag line brick are integrated into one body,which can effectively resist various stresses caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the ladle due to tempera⁃ture changes during use,and ensure that the slag line brick at the mouth is stable and does not fall off during use,and has a good practical effect.
