摘　　要：对外直接投资(OFDI)与母国全要素生产率(TFP)之间的关系近年来一直是国际经济学领域研究的热点。本文基于2004-2017年中国省际面板数据,运用动态面板系统GMM估计探讨了OFDI与绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)的关系。研究结果表明:OFDI的逆向绿色技术溢出效应在中国情境下存在,显著地促进了GTFP的增长,能够成为新时代下提升中国GTFP的新动能;OFDI对GTFP的影响存在明显的区域差异,OFDI显著促进了东部地区GTFP的增长,而对中西部地区GTFP的影响不显著;运用面板门槛模型检验了环境规制和制度环境在OFDI对GTFP影响中的非线性门槛效应,结果显示环境规制和制度环境均存在显著的单门槛效应;在环境规制门槛条件下,OFDI对GTFP的影响表现出显著的正向且边际效率递增的非线性规律;在制度环境门槛约束下,OFDI与GTFP之间呈"U"型关系,只有制度环境水平达到一定的门槛值,OFDI才能显著地促进GTFP的增长;结合固定效应面板分位数模型进一步分析可得,在环境规制和制度环境不同门槛条件下,OFDI对不同分位点处的GTFP有不同的影响。The relationship between outward foreign direct investment(OFDI)and the home country’s Total Factor Productivity(TFP)is a popular topic in international economics in recent years.Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2004 to 2017,this study investigated the relationship between OFDI and Green Total Factor Productivity(GTFP)using a dynamic panel system GMM estimation.Prior studies show that the reverse green technology spillover effect of OFDI exists in China,and it significantly promotes the growth of GTFP.It can also become a new driving force to improve GTFP in China in the new era.The results indicate significant regional differences in the impact of OFDI on GTFP.OFDI significantly promotes the growth of GTFP in the eastern region,but has no significant influence on GTFP in the central and western regions.This study further analyzed the threshold effect of environmental regulation and the institutional environment on the effect of OFDI on GTFP.It shows that they have a significant single threshold effect.Under the threshold of environmental regulation,OFDI’s influence on GTFP shows nonlinear increasing marginal efficiency.However,under the threshold of the institutional environment,there is a U-shaped relationship between OFDI and GTFP,only when the institutional environment level reaches a certain threshold,OFDI significantly promotes the growth of GTFP.Combined with the quantile model of the fixed effect panel,OFDI clearly has different effects on GTFP at different locations.
