疗养院专业人才现状调查及教育培养策略研究

摘　　要：目的 调查疗养院人才队伍现状,分析疗养专业教育培养策略.方法 选择国内疗养院、军医大学和专家进行问卷调查、访谈,采用流行病学横断面的调查方法进行现状调查,应用Excel表格双人录入数据,采用SPSS 17.0统计软件对数据进行描述性分析,计算构成比等.结果调研可见疗养院人才队伍的编配结构与现实需求、能力素质与岗位要求、配套机制与成长路径有差距,现行院校培养疗养专业人才在知识及能力结构方面不能满足需求,院校专业课程设置未突出疗养专业人才需求,专项培训和在职教育的力度不能满足需要.结论 疗养院是预防、治疗、康复、健康促进等健康服务的重要场所,加速疗养院人才培养是促进疗养事业发展的重要前提,培养策略要各级高度重视,以改革培养制度为前提,以供给侧改革的思维打通疗养专业人才培养从院校教育源头系统到疗养院末端培训形成人材闭环衔接机制, 合理设置院校教育和优化基础课程设置,加大和增强继续医学教育培训力度,促进疗养专业教育培养改革发展.Objective To investigate the current situation of professional talents in sanatorium and analyze the education and training strategies of convalescent education.Methods Sanatoriums,military medical universities and experts were selected for questionnaire surveys and interviews.The epidemiological cross-sectional survey method was adopted to carry out the status survey,the Excel table was used for double data entry,SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for descriptive analysis of the data and the calculation of composition ratio.Results It can be seen from the survey that there is a gap between the talent allocation structure of sanatorium and the actual demand,ability,quality and post requirements,supporting mechanism and growth path.The current training of convalescent professionals in colleges and universities cannot meet the needs in terms of knowledge and ability structure,the curriculum setting of specialties in colleges and universities does not highlight the needs of convalescent professionals,and the intensity of special training and on-the-job education cannot meet the needs.Conclusion Sanitarium is an important place for prevention,treatment,rehabilitation,health promotion and other health services.Accelerating talent training in sanitarium is an important prerequisite for promoting the development of recuperation industry.The training strategy should be attached great importance to at all levels,with the reform of the training system as the premise.With the thinking of supply-side reform,the closed-loop cohesive mechanism of talent cultivation for recuperation specialty is formed from the source system of college education to the training at the end of sanatorium,the reasonable setting of college education and the optimization of basic curriculum setting are also made,and the efforts of continuing medical education and training are strengthened to promote the reform and development of recuperation specialty education and training.
