摘 要:提出应用于高输出摩擦纳米发电机的多孔聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)薄膜快速制备技术。将去离子水均匀分散在PDMS预聚体中形成乳状液体,采用旋涂和快速热固化获得多孔PDMS薄膜,以其作为负摩擦层制备垂直接触-分离模式摩擦纳米发电机,研究去离子水混合比例对多孔PDMS薄膜形貌和摩擦纳米发电机输出性能的影响。实验表明,PDMS∶去离子水乳状液中去离子水的比例会显著影响薄膜形貌和摩擦纳米发电机电能输出。当水的质量分数从0增加到8%时,摩擦纳米发电机输出开路电压随去离子水比例的增大而提高。去离子水的质量分数为8%时,输出开路电压达到最大值110 V;当去离子水的质量分数大于10%时,摩擦纳米发电机输出开路电压随去离子水比例的增加而呈现下降趋势。In this work, a rapid preparation approach of porous polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) film for high output triboelectric nanogenerators was proposed. Deionized water(DI water) was dispersed uniformly in liquid PDMS to form an emulsion. Porous PDMS films were prepared by using spin coating and rapid thermal curing. The prepared porous PDMS films were used as the negative friction layers of triboelectric nanogenerators, which was operated in vertical contact-separation mode. The effects of mass fraction of DI water on the morphology of porous PDMS films and the performance of triboelectric nanogenerators were studied. The results show that the concentration of DI water significantly affects the PDMS film morphology and the electrical output of triboelectric nanogenerators. When the mass fraction of DI water increases from 0% to 8%, the open-circuit voltage increases with increasing DI water mass fraction. A maximum open-circuit voltage of 110 V can be obtained when the DI water mass fraction is 8%. When the DI water mass fraction is larger than 10%, the open circuit voltage decreases as the DI water mass fraction further increases.
