低温盐浴渗氮对Inconel 718合金在酸性环境下耐蚀性的影响

摘  要:在500℃下对Inconel 718合金进行盐浴渗氮。用光学显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了渗氮层的厚度和组织结构,并分别通过10%(质量分数)盐酸和6%(质量分数)FeCl3溶液浸泡腐蚀试验研究了渗氮试样的耐蚀性。结果表明,经低温盐浴渗氮后,Inconel 718合金表面形成了主要由Cr N组成的氮化层,其厚度为9.5μm。氮化层的存在能够有效抑制酸性环境下Cl-对Inconel 718合金的腐蚀,对基体起到了良好的保护作用。Inconel 718 alloy was nitrided in a salt bath at 500 ℃. The thickness and microstructure of nitriding layer were analyzed using optical microscope(OM), X-ray diffractometer(XRD), and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The corrosion resistance of the nitrided samples was studied by immersion corrosion test in 10 wt.% hydrochloric acid sodium and in 6 wt.% FeCl3 solution, respectively. The results showed that a 9.5 μm-thick nitriding layer mainly composed of CrN phase was formed on the surface of Inconel 718 alloy after nitriding in salt bath at low temperature. The nitriding layer could effectively inhibit the corrosion of Inconel 718 alloy caused by Cl-in acidic media, showing a good corrosion protection effect.
